TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We aim to despatch goods within 7 working days if they are in stock As all our work is handmade in small quantities please allow up to 21 days for jewellery and textiles if the goods are out of stock; for all other work please ask for delivery dates.
Smaller items for delivery within the UK will be sent using the signed for Royal Mail Special Delivery service at £7 per item; outside the UK delivery costs from £15. Larger or fragile items marked with an asterisk will incur higher delivery charges; we will always advise you of the cost when you order, please call for details.
Any item you order from us (with the exception of pierced earrings) can be returned in perfect condition, within 7 days for a full refund. Delivery charges and return postage can only be refunded if the goods are faulty. Please return the goods packed as they were sent to you, with a copy of your invoice. Please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We suggest that goods are returned to us by registered post, as we cannot refund items broken or lost during transit.
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, please inform us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Due to the hand-made nature of the work slight variations in colour, size and finish may occur making each piece unique. One-off pieces may not always be available as repeat orders; however we will always try to liaise with our makers to source additional pieces wherever possible.
We will not share your data with anyone else, ever.
