Terms and Conditions of Sale

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Arc Gallery, all goods are supplied on the following conditions to the exclusion of any terms or conditions stipulated by the buyer and of any representations, warranties or communications not expressly incorporated herein or in the order confirmation.

Special Order Confirmation

No special order will be entered into production until all the information from the buyer is received in writing by The Arc Gallery and 25% deposit paid. Goods will be supplied as per the order confirmation. If you are in disagreement with the confirmation you must advise us within seven days of the date thereof. The Arc Gallery is not required to accept changes to the order after the order confirmation is accepted and order placed.


After a confirmation is issued, the customer cannot cancel an order without the written consent from The Arc Gallery. A cancellation charge of up to the total amount of order may be applicable on orders cancelled.

The Arc Gallery may reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order due to erroneous information being entered on the website or supplied to us by a supplier.

Delivery and Transport

Delivery dates acknowledged by The Arc Gallery are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules. Therefore, orders may be shipped on, prior to (with the buyers’ approval) or after the estimated date (after notification to the buyer). Delivery terms will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to The Arc Gallery in writing within seven days of order placement. Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and if necessary charges may change accordingly. From delivery or placement into storage all risks for the goods pass to the buyer.


All our products are carefully inspected before delivery. The buyer should also inspect carefully all items at time of receiving the goods. Claims for damage and shortages must be notified to The Arc Gallery within two days and written notification received within seven days. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of notification within the specified time. Failure to make such claims within the specified time constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and quality thereof. The Arc Gallery may not accept claims for damage resulting from storage by the buyer, accident, alteration or misuse after delivery. The Arc Gallery may not accept claims for dissatisfaction with colour, grain, or texture of textiles, leathers, acrylics or other materials where natural variations occour and which The Arc Gallery has no control over. 
The buyer accepts that all photography on The Arc Gallery web site is as accurate as we are able and represents the colour of the product as accurately as we are able.


Special orders and commissions may only be returned after agreement, in writing between The Arc Gallery and the buyer. (The buyer is responsible for all carriage expenses and risk). Web site purchases may be returned following our specific guidelines, please refer to Shipping and Returns.

Terms of Payment

All online purchases and special order items will always be paid for in full prior to despatch.

Reservation of Title

The Arc Gallery remains the owner of the goods until full payment is  made and any interest due are received. Further, The Arc Gallery has the right to cancel orders by written notification.


Any disputes will be settled under English law.


The Arc Gallery reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions  with out notice. Should this happen the new Terms and Conditions are immediately effective and automatically supersede prior published information.
